YETUO-300D Traction Water pneumatic Dual Use Water Well Drilling Machine Workes In Mali

YETUO-300D Traction Water pneumatic Dual Use Water Well Drilling Machine Workes In Mali(图1)

In a drought-stricken and water-scarce rural area in Mali, Africa, local villagers have long been plagued by difficulties in accessing drinking water.

The introduction of the YETUO-300D wheeled water and air dual-use well-drilling rig has completely changed this predicament.

Operating Environment and Challenges

The area is characterized by hard rock strata, and the working sites are mostly unpaved sandy ground. At the same time, the local hot and dusty

climate poses a severe test to the stability of the equipment. Traditional well-drilling equipment is not only inconvenient to transport but also unable

to adapt to complex geological conditions, resulting in extremely low well-drilling efficiency and high costs in the area.

Equipment Adaptation and Operational Advantages

The YETUO-300D wheeled rig, with its compact body design, can easily pass through narrow rural roads to reach the working site. Its transportation

dimensions of 3.3m × 1.6m × 2m are perfectly suited to the local traffic conditions. After arriving on site, the operators only need 10 minutes to

complete the leveling of the hydraulic outriggers, ensuring the stability of the rig frame.

Targeting the local hard rock strata, the operators switch to the water drilling mode and use the配套 mud pump to continuously circulate mud, which

effectively carries away rock cuttings and cools the drill bit. During the drilling process, the equipment's adjustable speed of 70-200 rpm plays a

key role: a low speed of 70 rpm is used in the initial drilling stage to ensure the verticality of the borehole, and a high speed of 200 rpm is switched

to in the hard rock stratum to improve drilling efficiency. Finally, it only takes 8 hours to complete the drilling of a 300-meter-deep well, which is

much shorter than the average working time of 15 hours of local traditional equipment.

Equipment Detail Highlights

Power and Hydraulic System‌: Equipped with a 78Kw Hengtong Power engine and a customized hydraulic system, the maximum output torque can

reach 6500N·m. Even when drilling in hard rock strata, it can stably provide strong power. The maximum feed pressure is 5 tons, which precisely

meets the drilling needs of different strata.

Drill Tool Adaptability‌: The recommended 76/89mm drill bits are reinforced with cutting edges for hard rock strata. The single 3.6m drill rods are

made of high-strength alloy steel, and the threaded connections are designed to be anti-slip and wear-resistant. When changing drill rods, the

self-locking structure of the kelly clamp can quickly and securely hold the drill rods, greatly improving the efficiency of rod connection.

Africa-Adapted Design‌: The equipment is equipped with a reinforced high-temperature heat dissipation module, which can keep the temperature

of the engine and hydraulic oil stable within the normal range even in environments with temperatures above 45℃. The air filter adopts a

double-layer filtration structure, which can effectively filter out sand and dust and extend the replacement cycle of the filter element. The keys

on the operation panel are treated with dustproof and waterproof protection to prevent sand, dust and water vapor from entering and affecting

 the operation.

Localized Operation and Maintenance

The operators strictly follow the special notes in the manual for the African market: during the hot hours, the equipment is checked for heat

dissipation every 2 hours, and the operators are provided with heatstroke prevention and cooling supplies at the same time; in the dusty

environment, the air filter is cleaned every 4 hours to ensure the normal operation of the engine. After daily operations, the operators

lubricate the pulleys, hinge points and other parts with grease according to the manual requirements. The equipment has not experienced

any major failures throughout the entire working cycle.

Achievements and Value

The output of this well reaches 8 cubic meters per hour, which not only meets the daily drinking water needs of more than 200 local households

but also provides irrigation water for the surrounding farmland. With its high efficiency, stability and strong adaptability, the YETUO-300D

wheeled water and air dual-use well-drilling rig has won 12 well-drilling orders in the local area and has become a reliable choice for solving

the drinking water problem in rural areas of Africa. If you want to know about the operational cases of this equipment in other geological

conditions in Africa, please feel free to contact us.
